Aslan makes this dealership the absolute BEST! I stopped in to look at the new Volvos and within 6 months, I was in Sweden picking it up. He was incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the car. Once purchased, he has truly been there for us on multiple occasions when I couldn’t figure something out or just had questions. Jim Ross has been a part of our Volvo experience since our prior Volvo when he was over service - totally my go to guy. When we purchased our current Volvo in 2018, he again was involved and was so helpful. Likewise Michael Cargile is our service expert! He was with us with our prior Volvo and has again continued to be there for us anytime we need him with this car. These two professionals are truly outstanding and are the reason we will continue driving Volvo’s from this dealership! More

Help with a broken tailgate This past weekend, the support struts on the tailgate of my XC60 malfunctioned and the tailgate was stuck open. We didn't know what to do because we n This past weekend, the support struts on the tailgate of my XC60 malfunctioned and the tailgate was stuck open. We didn't know what to do because we needed the vehicle the next day, but Mike Cargile worked very hard to get my car in to be serviced. He was able to squeeze us in and get our vehicle fixed that day. I can't thank Mike enough for the help that he provided us. More
