In each case the sale was easy, fast and completely transparent....no hidden fees, no "massaging" of the financials either on our trade in or the new vehicles. John Adickas is a straight shooter and a truly nice man. He provides information on trade in vehicles so that his customers know exactly what their older vehicle is worth and that data comes from multiple sources, again no manipulation, complete transparency. John's interactions with Jerry Scott, the finance people and Jim Ross and his maintenance team are seamless. These folks are a well oiled machine and they make owning a Volvo feel luxurious (as it should be) and very upper class. First maintenance service for 2017 Volvo XC90 Inspiration Mike Cargile was our Service Mgr and he took excellent care of getting my wife’s 2017 Volvo XC90 Inspiration in for its first service and out as quick Mike Cargile was our Service Mgr and he took excellent care of getting my wife’s 2017 Volvo XC90 Inspiration in for its first service and out as quickly as possible as I waited. Mike kept me informed thru the whole process. I was very pleased with the service and Mike professionalism. He was going to also have it washed for me but since I had a prior appointment right after I told him I didn’t have the needed time to complete the task. I definitely will contact Mike when it is time to setup the next service. More

I love the service department. The sales floor, not so much I buy my Volvos where I can find the best price, but will always take them to Mike Cargile for service!
