I brought my 2020 Hyundai Venue to Lia because there had been a recall. Michael Carpenter was the person who checked me in and very thoroughly explained what was going to be done and how long it would proba been a recall. The waiting room was clean and very comfortable and offered a variety of coffees and teas. Repairs were done in just about the predicted time and my car enjoyed a free wash! More

Mike Carpenter, service associate, is always wonderful. They all know me as I have a 2015 Genesis and have come there always. My only issue is NOT getting a Loaner when I have work done, as was promised They all know me as I have a 2015 Genesis and have come there always.
