The 3+ hour drive from Kansas City to Linn was definitely worth it. Jim Butler Chevy had the truck I wanted, offered the best incentives, and clearly outlined their prices and fees. My salesman, Shane Backue worth it. Jim Butler Chevy had the truck I wanted, offered the best incentives, and clearly outlined their prices and fees. My salesman, Shane Backues, made the whole process seamless from start to finish. We finalized the deal over the phone before I made the trip, so when I arrived at the dealership, all the paperwork was ready, making the visit smooth and stress-free. The only minor issue was that the truck sustained some roof damage during transport from the manufacturer, which prevented me from driving it home that day. However, Shane and the team at Jim Butler Chevy quickly arranged a loaner vehicle, handled the repairs, and delivered the new truck right to my driveway in KC. Special thanks to General Manager Mike Carroll for keeping me informed about the repair and delivery status. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely refer others to Shane Backues at Jim Butler! More

Never again! First, add $500.00 to the "power price" they have on the Internet. Period! They "charge everyone" that extra $500.00 and just tell you that's the way it is. Second , don't expect to get the 1.9% financing AND the "customer cash" discount. It's one or the other, not both! Third, we were there for THREE HOURS! Two hours waiting for the finance guy who said he had one person ahead of us. I can't believe it took him two hours to take care of one person! When we finally got to see him he tried to shove another $500.00 charge on me for extended warranty. Got pissed when I told him absolutely NOT! Didn't buy it. Very disrespectful of your time and St. Louis style pushy. One disappointment after another! High volume dealership that cares more about catering to out of state customers than hometown folks. First and last purchase there! And they lost a potential new truck sale to my spouse because of this! More
