However Steven communicated well with me and made sure I knew what was going on. Steven also has followed up well to make sure I am well pleased after the sale and is making sure that any of my questions are answered. Their dealership offered me a great extended warranty at a very good price for 7 years bumper to bumper coverage. I strongly recommend purchasing an extended warranty from them because parts and service will only increase in value over time. The office manager Heath Connell was very helpful and easy to work with. My whole experience at Jim Butler has been friendly , helpful, and top notch. Their deals on a new Wranglers can't be beat!
