The staff to include Lee , John, and Mike in Sales were beyond nice people, you could tell this was like one big family making me feel totally at ease just hanging out. So I bought a car while not planning to do so and I absolutely love my Certified Pre-Owned Cadillac. The follow up from Mike was incredible - he set up my complimentary Sirius and On-Star saving me the hassle and constantly in a good way followed up on my satisfaction. If you want a stress free buying experience I highly recommend this team - they have Subaru and KIA also which seemed equally as friendly. More

Mike was always willing to answer our questions (even via text at any hour!) and helped explain the buying process to us. He worked with us to make a deal we were happy with with. Mike earned his five stars, no questions asked! I'm giving the dealership itself 4 stars due to an online price decrease after I had made a deposit on the vehicle the night of the test drive. This was out of Mike's control, and he worked with me to make things right. Other than that, the entire staff was accommodating and professional. We would recommend this dealer to friends and family. Honest and great experience I have been looking for a certified CTS and after a search Delaware Cadillac had some options that were priced lower than anyone in the Philadelphia M I have been looking for a certified CTS and after a search Delaware Cadillac had some options that were priced lower than anyone in the Philadelphia Metro area. My wife and I took the ride from South Philly to see if we could make a deal on a CTS. Our situation was that we were in no hurry to purchase a vehicle unless it made sense. We worked with Mike Cassidy and explained our situation and price range we were comfortable with. Mike understood our goal and we looked at some options and test drove a few cars. This was the first test drive I had that took around 10 to 15 minutes and really gave me an idea of how the car drives. Mike and the finance department worked to get the price down for us. We were still above where we were comfortable with then Mike explained we could refinance the CTS that was slightly above our budget by getting my credit score a little higher. I never gave much thought to refinance a car loan but with his advice and knowledge of the auto industry that is exactly what I will do within the first year of owning this beautiful CTS. Also my wife has never really been a Cadillac person but our experience with Mike and Delaware Cadillac has really put Cadillac on her radar thanks to Mike Cassidy .......... Thank You Mike !!!!!
