I purchased a 2023 RAM 1500 Laramie (night edition) from CCCDJR back in June 2023. The truck was purchased brand new for $70,000 off the lot. I am a VERY meticulous owner and to the naked eye, this truck st CCCDJR back in June 2023. The truck was purchased brand new for $70,000 off the lot. I am a VERY meticulous owner and to the naked eye, this truck still looks like it is in incredible shape. Since I have owned this vehicle, I have had to take it in for service 6 TIMES! 5 of the 6 required services were for malfunctions with the trucks fuel system, and thankfully were covered under warranty at the time. The truck is now barely over 2 years old and has 37,000 miles on it. CCCDJR is refusing to provide any sort of extended warranty, they're refusing to cover the cost of repairs now, and they have the audacity to try and tell me that it is MY FAULT the truck is having issues as they're accusing me of putting "bad fuel" into the truck. Let me say that I only use 2 different gas stations to fill up. I've contacted the FDACS (Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services) to request BOTH of these gas stations be sampled/tested for fuel quality. Results came back CLEAN for BOTH gas stations. Dealership flat out lied because they refuse to admit they sold me a LEMON. Unfortunately I no longer qualify for lemon law due to the vehicle being 2 years old now. I had requested that the dealership replace ALL faulty parts for the fuel system WHILE MY TRUCK WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY but they refused because "their computer didn't show the codes". AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. No accountability. Just there to rip you off. More

Took my 1500 Ram for 2 recalls. ANS and turn signal switch. The service manager said they performed an update on the switch. Still doesn’t work. I was there 2 1/2 hours. Diagnostic fee is way out there compared to others. ..and had hidden fees. Came out to $314. NOT the $250 I was told...and they misdiagnosed. My Overheating issue was taken care of last year by this se ..and had hidden fees. Came out to $314. NOT the $250 I was told...and they misdiagnosed. My Overheating issue was taken care of last year by this service dept. And now its happening again. Only this time I was told it would cost me $1889. But I was already burned by diagnostic fee so I had to ask repeated questions to find out all the hidden fees,that would have really brought my total to well over 2k. SHADY Took Jeep to another company, and price was considerably cheaper, and found out that had your service depth fixed it correctly the first time, this issue would not have happened. So for your shady dishonest service department would gove 0 stars if I could. I will tell others about how they tried to scam me with hidden fees and false diagnosis, and lousy work done and dishonesty in covering up their lack of work at my expense. More
