I brought the vehicle to another official dealer and personally witnessed them removing filters that clearly hadn’t been changed in over 30,000 miles! This company is fraudulent. Perhaps there are still honest people working there — I truly hope someone reaches out to me and tries to make this right. But for now, it’s just 1 star — only because zero isn’t an option. More
