Sent my car for a basic oil change and wheel rotation and to check the electrical connections due to jerk like movement with gear changes. Well received my car back with an oil leak the next morning. Took it to check the electrical connections due to jerk like movement with gear changes. Well received my car back with an oil leak the next morning. Took it back and they said it was nothing just “normal residuals” that could have overflown. Then received my car back with the glove compartment box broken. Called then and spoke with Mike in the service end and receive disrespectful verbal treatment over the phone and accusations suggesting that I broke the glove compartment. Terrible customer service. I bought my jeep from a dealership and they price in giving the best care but this was def not it. I’m still waiting for them to call me back to figure out what needs to be done about the glove box. I’m very dissatisfied with the service there and this situation and no one is taking steps to correct it. I will be taking my cars elsewhere and buying future cars from a different dealership not them. They need to treat people with respect if they want good reviews and not break people’s cars and then pretend nothing ever happened. Would not recommend and would ask them to reconsider Mike as a person that deals with customers. He is not appropriate as he mistreats customers over the phone. If I could leave zero stars I would. I hope my review helps someone avoid a headache and future damage to their property by this dealership. More

We worked with Mike Castori who was terrific. Was kind of shocked at the remaining staff's lack of customer service. When we pulled up to the service area, we weren't approached for a good 5 minutes. I went up the guy at the podium who was very rude and told me to go inside, he couldn't help me. When I did, no one was at the desk- it was lunch time. I asked 2 other employees who shrugged their shoulders and walked away. Thankfully, Mike happened to walk by at that moment and helped us out. More
