I called 10 times, to only get transfered to the service department with no response and it took 4 days to even figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. I would give it a zero rating if I could due to the experience I've had in the three years that I've used you to service my car the only person in there that's a very good worker is Mike Castori everyo experience I've had in the three years that I've used you to service my car the only person in there that's a very good worker is Mike Castori everyone else lies and doesn't know their job since you switched over its went downhill they had my car there for over a week to fix a leak in the air conditioner and they kept giving me a run around about holding my car each day never giving me a straight answer and I ended up paying for a rental car that's totally unacceptable when I at least my car there they told me anytime the car is going to be serviced for more than a few hours they would give me a loaner car they don't do that anymore obviously and I ended up having to pay for a rental car More
