As a 66 year old female, I gave Cape Coral Chrysler every opportunity to take advantage of my service needs by mentioning that I was 1300 miles from home owning a Jeep with over 120,000 miles on it possibly opportunity to take advantage of my service needs by mentioning that I was 1300 miles from home owning a Jeep with over 120,000 miles on it possibly needing brake work. Instead of doing unnecessary work, I received a multipoint inspection and was told no work other than my oil change was needed. The price was less than expected, the inspection and oil change took less time than expected, and the waiting area was pleasant and especially clean and spacious during these Covid times! In addition, all service personnel were polite and friendly. I couldn’t be happier with my experience! More

I took my Ram 1500 in to have warranty work. The warranty work was perfectly performed. It was when I drove up to the service area that they have those alignment detectors. I agreed to have an alignment performed /checked as the service writer showed me a graphic that he said my alignment was way off and I should have an alignment. I told him that it goes down the road straight as an arrow. But I agreed to have it checked anyway. Mind you this is a Ram 1500 2WD. He quoted the price and I agreed. The initial inspection showed that my left camber was out by 1° all else was perfect.. he says the alignment was completed and was ready. Great! I get the bill and he bills me for a 4 wheel alignment. Double the price I was quoted. He apologized and redid the bill. (He tried to pull one over on this old timer). I pay and get my keys and I’m off the lot driving home and it is now pulling to the right, a lot I didn’t have time to go back and spend another 4 hours having it readjusted. So I called and left a message. That was a week ago no call back. What really ticked me off was that all my dash info settings were played with… miles to Kilometer on the speedo, my trip A was now the clock. The trip B was now the direction of travel and the seat adjustment was for a 8’tall giant and my tire pressure’s are now 4-5 pounds over of when I brought the truck in. Still no return call. I really didn’t appreciate that someone probably the technician messed with my personal settings. I bought the truck there and up until this time service has been stellar 5 star. Not anymore. I will never have that service writer do anything for me again. I’ll have Lisa do it Not Mike. All he had to do was call me back instead sweep my concerns under the floor mat of his desk.
