Amazing car buying Experience I am beyond excited and appreciative of the positive experience I had with Newton Nissan today. I went to the dealership to purchase a car 12/31/2019 I am beyond excited and appreciative of the positive experience I had with Newton Nissan today. I went to the dealership to purchase a car 12/31/2019 and I ended up with a Nissan Kicks. I got home and second guessed my decision to buy the kicks and called my salesperson Elizabeth back two days later. She was very unconcerned about me not being satisfied and more happy with her car sale. Tim Green who assisted with my financing was pleasant until I spoke with him about getting something bigger than the Kicks. After getting nowhere with Elizabeth and Tim and being told they could NOT find a deal that would work, I gave up and just kept my Nissan Kicks. During COVID-19 crisis I was up late and found my email from Mike Castro from January about my experience. I thought about and wrote a heartfelt plea for help and explained my experience. The next morning Mike Castro gave me a call and had already pulled my file ready to help me. Every step of the way he was pleasant and reassured me he would help me. He started working on my deal on Saturday and by Tuesday he had a deal worked out better than the deal I had on my Nissan Kicks. I was beyond appreciative that he would go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. It doesn't stop there.......I get to the dealership to pick up my new 2020 Rogue Sport and Brooks was the salesman helping me. He was truly amazing. He was knowledgeable, kind, and answered all my questions. Next I was sent over to Shane (the finance officer) to finish my paperwork. From the moment I walked in Shane was very accommodating and funny. He told me the story of what he did for me and how he worked hard to get me the best deal possible. I was so impressed I almost cried. My experience today was beyond amazing. Newton Nissan is the dealership to use. More
