It was a simple and quick process and he was very helpful. It took a down turn once we left. The day after we purchased our vehicle we woke up to a large puddle of oil on our garage floor. It took a week or so to hear back from Newton when we first contacted them regarding the problem. However, once Mike was in contact with my husband he went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I was pleasantly surprised at the measures Mike went to to make sure we were taken care of and our daughter was in fact in a safe car. He even stayed after hours to meet us and apologize in person.
