The pricing was much more affordable than $1,800 and the Jeep service guy tried to have me open up a credit line with your credit company.Also Jeep dealership in Riverdale, NY stated to me that my oil gasket is leaking. As my car was on the lift it was stated that my transmission lines were leaking and not the oil gasket. The report given to me by your mechanics are so far way left and it appears there was an attempt to take a financial advantage and cause me headache to repair parts on my Jeep Grand Cherokee that didn’t need repairing. I was introduced to Mike Chavez who I must say was the best representation of courtesy and professionalism in reality wolf in sheep's clothing . This was definitely not my first rodeo at a car dealer and I knew that they were adding bogus fees on to the sale price so I told Mike I will allow him to get away with the sales book all I needed them to do was replace a tire a battery and detailed the car not Car Wash, Detail as was dirty inside. Long story short I promise everything will be taken care of before I left he got the check for the vehicle left me with someone else to finish off the deal they did absolutely nothing to the car and tried to send me out the door the sales manager Mark La Masa wrote me a promissory note that he would pay for detailing and a battery at a local location near me because I lived over a hundred miles away and now he will not return my calls nor answer the phone.check Yelp reviews they tell the real story about this place.
