Did not at all feel like I was being pressured or "sold," even though it was the last day of the month. I have never owned a Honda before and went in expecting to walk away, but I fell in love and left the same day with my new car! Great service and great price! Even the financing process ran smoothly with Brandon. This is first time I've ever really enjoyed the car buying experience. Mike quickly made note of what I was looking for and found a vehicle that matched my needs right off the bat. Even after getting the car home, I had some questions and contacted Mike, and he was able to take care of or address all of my questions quickly. Kurt also helped with a few of my questions about the vehicle technology. Much appreciated! Thank you, Mike and team!! More

Agreed on a fair price and we're ready for another 150,000 miles, God willing. More

Didn't care about what I wanted I was disappointed with my visit to the Certified Pre-owned Honda dealership. I felt like a walking dollar sign. Before I could even tell the Sales re I was disappointed with my visit to the Certified Pre-owned Honda dealership. I felt like a walking dollar sign. Before I could even tell the Sales rep what I wanted, he was already asking to run my credit. Not to mention that he said he didn't have much in my price range right off the bat. While that may have been true, he could have done a better job at finding out what I was looking for (i.e. asking questions and LISTENING to my answers) and making a recommendation based on that. I consider sales people experts, and am open to suggestions if what I had in mind isn't an option. I went to another dealership right up the road and bought a car that I wasn't necessarily looking for but still fit my needs and budget. On the plus side, they have Certified Pre-owned cars. More
