Ray Skillman Avon Hyundai is by far the best dealership out there. I have looked for cars at various locations and not one has come close to the friendliness, respectfulness, quality of selection/service, out there. I have looked for cars at various locations and not one has come close to the friendliness, respectfulness, quality of selection/service, or non-pushiness that is present at Avon Hyundai. I have been getting my cars serviced from them for about 3 years and I'm happy to say that their sales and finance department is just as spectacular as their service department. Nathan in service suggested that I look into the Tuscon and Santa Fe since I needed a more spacious car for my family then the Sonata offers (I've had both an 09 and 2012 Sonata) and he has helped me on numerous service appointments over the years. Mike walked me through the trade in (with a financed car) process and even showed me some of the options they had in stock for me. Even though he knew I would not be buying a car for a few more weeks, he did not pressure me in anyway and was very helpful! When I was ready to buy I car, I called and spoke with Trevor. Trevor let me know that if there was not a car on their lot that he would look to their sister locations until we found something I liked. I decided to go check out some of their vehicles. Luckily, Sly was able to find me the perfect car (2019 Tuscon) right on their lot! Both Sly and Eric went above and beyond to help me throughout the entire car buying process. It was a very comfortable process. They truly always make me feel like family when I visit. Eric was able to get me paired with a great bank and get me the best rate at the monthly payment I needed. I cannot speak highly enough about their professionalism, friendliness, and their natural commitment to try to find what the customer is looking for. Mike and Mitchel were great! They shot straight with me from the start.
