We became acquainted with this Dealership on it's Opening Day in Avon when we bought our very first Genesis! The facility was beautiful, the staff was friendly, but the most impressive person was Cory Reber, Day in Avon when we bought our very first Genesis! The facility was beautiful, the staff was friendly, but the most impressive person was Cory Reber, the Finance Rep, who was the most honorable & finest Ambassador for the Ray Skillman Automotive Group EVER. In fact, he was so good, that he even pre-sold us on our NEXT Genesis 4-1/2 years in the future!! During that whole time, both Cory and the Service Department Staff treated me like a VIP Customer every single time that I came in for servicing. I couldn't BELIEVE it... I mean, every.single.time!! Now, that brings us up to last week, when we purchased our brand new 2021 Genesis G80 with the Prestige Package, which Cory personally coordinated every step of the way!! So, between him & another incredible young man, Michael McConnell, they showed us the huge benefits of investing in the luxurious Prestige Package. We were impressed! Since the staff had to go out-of-state to get the car that we wanted, both Mitchell Hawkins & Michael Clark bent over BACKWARDS to make it all happen it a DAY! This entire staff is just the BEST. We will definitely be back in another 4 years to get our THIRD Genesis!! More

Ray Skillman Avon Hyundai is by far the best dealership out there. I have looked for cars at various locations and not one has come close to the friendliness, respectfulness, quality of selection/service, out there. I have looked for cars at various locations and not one has come close to the friendliness, respectfulness, quality of selection/service, or non-pushiness that is present at Avon Hyundai. I have been getting my cars serviced from them for about 3 years and I'm happy to say that their sales and finance department is just as spectacular as their service department. Nathan in service suggested that I look into the Tuscon and Santa Fe since I needed a more spacious car for my family then the Sonata offers (I've had both an 09 and 2012 Sonata) and he has helped me on numerous service appointments over the years. Mike walked me through the trade in (with a financed car) process and even showed me some of the options they had in stock for me. Even though he knew I would not be buying a car for a few more weeks, he did not pressure me in anyway and was very helpful! When I was ready to buy I car, I called and spoke with Trevor. Trevor let me know that if there was not a car on their lot that he would look to their sister locations until we found something I liked. I decided to go check out some of their vehicles. Luckily, Sly was able to find me the perfect car (2019 Tuscon) right on their lot! Both Sly and Eric went above and beyond to help me throughout the entire car buying process. It was a very comfortable process. They truly always make me feel like family when I visit. Eric was able to get me paired with a great bank and get me the best rate at the monthly payment I needed. I cannot speak highly enough about their professionalism, friendliness, and their natural commitment to try to find what the customer is looking for. I highly reccomend if you are looking for your next car, if you want to trade your old car in, or even if you need to get your car serviced, to stop by Ray Skillman Avon Hyundai. More
