I came in and clearly told the person I was working with what budget I had and what I was looking for. I felt that I wasnt really listened to and was pushed into a car even when I repeatedly told them I wa what budget I had and what I was looking for. I ended up having to settle because it was late and I really didnt have any other option. Then in the following days I had my salesperson text me randomly without any identifying information ie no name or location. So of course I am not going to respond or call the number I was sent telling me to call for a 'welcoming call'. After I found out it was him it was days of being told bits and pieces of information they needed from me. If this were the case I shouldnt have been allowed to leave the lot with the car or at least I should have been told there would be paperwork I still needed to fill out. Just over all wasnt satisfied with the whole process. More

He was very rude and over talking me at any point. Once he shows us a car that I like he runs through my credit and brings in an older different priced model vehicle.
