Mike is a true gentleman and professional in every aspect. He was friendly, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and did not pressure us to buy a car from him. Mike is a man of his word and did everything he said he would do in this purchase. We also had the opportunity to work with Sales Manager, Bryan Mueller, and Bob Schneider in Finance. Both gentlemen were very friendly and helpful to us. As a result of our positive experience, my wife and I were happy to purchase a beautiful 2017 Mustang GT from Mike and Jim Butler. Oil change on my 2018 impala I gave instructions for them to not rotate my three different times in person they wrote it down then on the computer. Then a tech came and asked me a I gave instructions for them to not rotate my three different times in person they wrote it down then on the computer. Then a tech came and asked me and I told him not to rotate. When it was done in one hour and 40 minutes later witch is terrible. They rotated the tires. I have called the manager three times and he has still not called me back witch is unsatisfactory. I went up there yesterday to get them to rotate back and they said they was to busy!!! I filled out a lot of people I don’t know just to complete the survey. More
