Oil change on my 2018 impala I gave instructions for them to not rotate my three different times in person they wrote it down then on the computer. Then a tech came and asked me and I told him not to rotate. When it was done in one hour and 40 minutes later witch is terrible. They rotated the tires. I have called the manager three times and he has still not called me back witch is unsatisfactory. I went up there yesterday to get them to rotate back and they said they was to busy!!! I filled out a lot of people I don’t know just to complete the survey. More
