Mike Collins did a great job helping us get our new truck. We new exactly what we wanted and what we wanted to pay and Mike was able to get the deal done! Mike has continued to provide great service after the sale. We accepted our truck at night and three weeks later noticed a small scratch on one of the tow hooks. Mike worked with the parts department to get another one ordered and the service department installed it at no charge. They're shuttle driver Marvin even took me to IHOP while I waited. The whole Jim Butler team has strived to make sure our experience was first class. You guys have exceeded every expectation and have truly earned this 5 star review (I'm a tough customer).
