Called back after lunch and was told my truck wasn't there. Had to call tow company to get exact location. Then they all of a sudden found it. Didn't talk to the service advisor Mike till later that afternoon. He was a really nice guy on the phone. I went up there around 4 to get my service rental and Valerie was very nice getting my rental. But picking up my truck I felt like I was bothering them asking questions. My truck isn't fixed. Called dealer and was told they couldn't get it in right away. So now I'm driving a truck that the starter turns when I try to use the bright lights and the horn. So I have no horn, NO bright lights, and my windshield washer doesn't work, which all are required safety features. My service advisor was a guy named Mike. I was told he was off when I called up to the dealer. The girl who answered had no concern for my situation. I picked 3 Mike's bc I didn't know his last name. More

Mike Collins did a great job helping us get our new truck. We new exactly what we wanted and what we wanted to pay and Mike was able to get the deal done! Mike has continued to provide great service after the sale. We accepted our truck at night and three weeks later noticed a small scratch on one of the tow hooks. Mike worked with the parts department to get another one ordered and the service department installed it at no charge. They're shuttle driver Marvin even took me to IHOP while I waited. The whole Jim Butler team has strived to make sure our experience was first class. You guys have exceeded every expectation and have truly earned this 5 star review (I'm a tough customer).
