We were greeted in the Service drive thru by a lovely gentlemen who p Mike Conlon and his team are absolute professionals and extremely trustworthy. We were greeted in the Service drive thru by a lovely gentlemen who proceeded to open the door for my wife and help her with her belongings. He remained at her side until the Service advisor came over and asked how he could assist. After expressing our concerns, He then offered both of us a beverage and proceeded to explain what they plan to do and when it should be completed. I was very taken at how thorough he was in his retention of what we needed and how he was going to handle things. The icing on the cake came in to play when we were introduced to Mike Conlon, Service Director. He was just nice. Down to earth and very engaging. Never had an experience like that with “The Manager “. I am convinced My vehicles will not go anywhere else. Well done Scranton, we’ll done. More
