Initially my wife and I were going to conduct business entirely over the internet, but decided to fly to Chicago to finalize the sale in person and drive our car home to Maryland. One of the major reasons was to personally meet and thank Piotr for his superior effort to make this deal as smooth and carefree as possible. He went out of his way numerous times, including when he was off duty to ensure all our questions and concerns were addressed. Likewise, he has made several follow up calls after we returned home to ensure all was well with the car and us! Great job, Piotr! More
