It takes way too long to get a simple service done like an oil change and the tires rotated and balanced… appointment was at 11AM didn’t leave until 3PM … 4 hours is crazy! I had to bring in my Pontiac Grand Prix for some maintenance on short notice. Mike in the Service Dept was super helpful.
