Better than most - 2nd time buyer Went their to get a new lease on 2nd Rav4 and also ended out buying a 2015 Corolla. Overall, very good sales experience from Mike Cote, no pressure and friendly. Seems to go out of his way to retain customers. But... when the signing came with the finance guy (forget name), the leased car was $4 over original quote. I know its JUST $4/mo but I'm a stickler when it comes to people sticking to their word(s), hence the 4 stars instead of 5. When I heard it was over the original price while signing papers, my wife gave me THE LOOK so I didn't bother objecting as she was stressed enough. I'm not sure if it was sales or finance's fault but I'm sure they could have worked their magic and made the original number happen. In any case, yes, I'd still recommend the dealership for a lot of other reasons, good car service, oil changes etc., but get your original quote in writing. More

They know this because Toyotas are such good quality that they sell themselves. Gave me a good deal on my Chevy trade in which helped make the decision a "no brainer" to get the used Prius. The car looks brand new even though it's 3+ years old and we had the deal wrapped up in just over an hour. I am definitely recommending this dealership. Every time I've purchased a vehicle from Toyota of Wallingford I was given top value on my trade in and a competitive price on my new truck. I stopped in on a Sunday and spent about an hour looking at vehicles, I found what I wanted but they didn't have the color. They had the color truck I wanted shipped in a few days. Went in on Friday and did the paperwork and left with my new truck. Spent maybe a total of 3 hours between the two days. More
