Every time I've purchased a vehicle from Toyota of Wallingford I was given top value on my trade in and a competitive price on my new truck. I stopped in on a Sunday and spent about an hour looking at vehicles, I found what I wanted but they didn't have the color. They had the color truck I wanted shipped in a few days. Went in on Friday and did the paperwork and left with my new truck. Spent maybe a total of 3 hours between the two days. More

Mike Cote was our "salesperson"; I put that in "quotes", because Mike was definitely not the stereotypical car salesperson. Totally low-key approach, took the time to make sure this Tacoma would fit our needs - just an overall nice guy. Two days later, we picked up our new Tacoma. We worked with Bill on the finance end of things - he was super too. We felt we were treated very fairly. This was, hands down, the best car buying experience we've ever had. Based on this, we'll be taking the truck to Toyota of Wallingford for service. More

New Car Buying Experience a Breeze I went into the dealership expecting to be jumped on and pursuaded to purchase a vehicle, and given the "sweet talk". Quite the opposite occurred. The salesman Mike Cote was extremely kind, accommodating, and straight forward. I told him what I was interested in and he immediately went to work for me looking for my desired vehicle. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I ended up purchasing a 2015 Toyota Corolla and couldn't be happier! Even dealing with the finance representative at the dealership was a decent experience as he explained everything and asked if any questions. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience and would recommend this dealership and Mike to anybody out there looking for a great Toyota vehicle. More

He was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process and made it less stressful. We decided to talk to a couple of different Toyota dealers and the sales tactics are completely different! We felt the most comfortable with Mike and the rest of the crew, should have trusted our first instincts! I have dealt with the service department too for a few years and have never had a bad experience there either. Will definitely recommend and use again, hopefully Mike Cote will still be there when we are ready the next time!! More
