Wallingford Toyota has always been a pleasure to deal with. Mike Cote was our salesman and I can honestly say we have never had such an enjoyable experience buying a car! He was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the cars we were considering. He gave us a good price on our trade as well as the car we bought. Also, all of the fees were clearly spelled out in advance with no hidden charges whatsoever. Mike was also very accommodating with our appointment times for test drives and purchasing the car. Leasing my first New car I had dealt with Wallingford toyota before when i had bought a used car from them 3 years ago and had no issues when buying the car so when i went to I had dealt with Wallingford toyota before when i had bought a used car from them 3 years ago and had no issues when buying the car so when i went to trade it in for a lease on a new 2014 Rav4 they were very friendly and helpfull with picking the one i wanted, with still owing money on my car and knowing i was gonna use what ever money left over on it to put towards the lease they gave me more for the car then i was excepting to get for it which help pay it off and gave me some extra money to put towards the lease, Tim and Mike did a excellent job of helping me be able to keep the payments down into a range i could make and didn't push any extras on me, they asked what i wanted and looked and found one that matched that and had it at the dealership in 2 days. Tim and Mike made the whole processes easy to do and answered any questions i had. i will be doing business with them again when my lease is up More

Jeff and Mike were very efficient with the sales process. The sales room was very inviting and the staff was very accommodating. A blemish was pointed out when the car detailing was done and Mike a process. The sales room was very inviting and the staff was very accommodating. When we did we we're provided with an equal loaner car for the duration. Overall, we were very satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend working with Jeff and Mike if you are in the market of purchasing a new car. More

The team at this Toyota dealer is great! I initially worked with Jeff and he was excellent - really knowledgeable about Toyotas in general and the features of the RAV4 specifically. He was assertive and worked with Jeff and he was excellent - really knowledgeable about Toyotas in general and the features of the RAV4 specifically. He was assertive and customer focused, but not high pressure. I was looking at a few cars so came back on his day off to finalize my purchase and his colleague, Yaz, helped me. He was able to pick up exactly where I left off with Jeff and worked just as hard to close the sale as if he had invested the time up front. They worked like a team to help me the customer - not territorially, just focused on their sale. They also worked together in conjunction with Gloria to make sure the financing went through and I could get my car at a time convenient for me. All around a great experience who his why I settled on a Toyota from Wallingford Toyota. More
