Great Job - Again! Mike Crocker continues to provide excellent customer service - from the minute you pull through the door to driving away in freshly washed car. I would not take them anywhere else. I also needed to order a small, obscure part for our 2006 Sienna. I ordered it on Thursday, received an email the part had arrived and ready for pick up on Friday. Joseph, at the Parts Counter, was very efficient and friendly. More

Honest, professional service. I stopped in for a quick oil change and the service staff finished in less time than estimated. I knew that I had a recall pending and told them that I stopped in for a quick oil change and the service staff finished in less time than estimated. I knew that I had a recall pending and told them that another dealership wouldn't fix the recall until I had an expensive repair completed. The JH staff couldn't believe it, told me that the repair had nothing to do with the recall, and said that they would take care of it. Gotta love these guys. More
