Was told I needed to come in to get a quote with a better deal. Explained I was about 1:20 away and I’d like to get a better quote on the exact vin number I wanted, again they refused. Not sure what the point is in having an internet sales department if you can’t complete a sale on the internet. Seemed like the “internet sales manager” just pushed me over to a regular sales person (who wasn’t helpful). Called Fort Walton Beach Kia, who was much more accommodating, gave me a great price (according to truecar live pricing) and delivered the vehicle to my doorstep 45 minutes away. Couldn’t get that specific vin because Bill Byrd Kia would not transfer it, so they sourced the same car from another dealer. Paperwork completed electronically at my convenience. Not sure why Bill Byrd Kia wants to waste so much time on an easy transaction. Would avoid this dealership unless you have nothing else to do with your time. More
