I was hoping for a better overall experience after initially beginning my purchase with mike Cross. A lot of time was wasted once the "paperwork" was taken to the GM for a supposed adjustment. Event initially beginning my purchase with mike Cross. A lot of time was wasted once the "paperwork" was taken to the GM for a supposed adjustment. Eventually, we came to an agreement, but as with all dealerships I've done business with before; I feel he (GM) did his best to get me to accept their worst. Additionally, when I drove off the lot, ALL FOUR tires needed 10+ psi of air added. The engine start/stop function is inoperable and requires service. I'm still waiting to hear back from Kia regarding the promised paint repair to the rear bumper. More
