Thai was the first car that I have ever bought everyone at roush was super nice and courteous. Jan was really great to me with getting me the car I wanted all the way down to the color of the car Jan was j at roush was super nice and courteous. A few years ago I'd stopped there to investigate different model cars for my future. I worked with Parker Jarvis then and was so impressed that I returned to finally buy a car from him. He was never different model cars for my future. I worked with Parker Jarvis then and was so impressed that I returned to finally buy a car from him. He was never ever pushy nor acted like he just wanted to sell, and move on to the next customer. When I texted him, his replies were prompt and informative.
