Another Exceptional Car-Buying Experience Almost two years after our last purchase at Roush Honda, we just bought a new 2016 Honda CR-V EX-L, this time leveraging the Costco Auto Buying progra Almost two years after our last purchase at Roush Honda, we just bought a new 2016 Honda CR-V EX-L, this time leveraging the Costco Auto Buying program (which we highly recommend). Once again, we have nothing but good to say, from the value of the deal (this time also involving a trade-in, which was given a very fair value), to the integrity, customer-centric attention, knowledge, and lack of pressure of the people we worked with (primary salesperson Linda Barba, assisted by Deanna Thompson, and delivery coordinator Mike Dunlap), to the smoothness and efficiency of the entire buying and delivery process. Having bought cars at many other places in the Columbus area over the years (including in the same timeframe as these two Roush Honda experiences in the last two years), we believe Roush stands head and shoulders above other places and can serve as a model for how to treat and please customers. Outstanding Experience Purchasing a 2016 CR-V! I purchased a 2016 CR-V from Lee Cohen last week. This was the third vehicle I've purchased at Roush since 1991. I have always had a positive experience dealing with the staff at Roush, and this purchase was no exception. From start to finish, Lee and his manager John Newton were a real pleasure to work with. Lee kept me informed every step of the way as to the status of the CR-V, which was being built in Canada. When it arrived, Lee was very conscientious is explaining all the intricacies of the electronics of this model, something which was new to me and my wife. My previous 2005 CR-V had none to speak of. He has checked in numerous times since the purchase to see how things were going. I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new car to contact Lee. Excellent from beginning to end I inquired about a new Accord on the Internet on Monday night and by Wednesday afternoon was driving home a new car. Their Internet staff introduced me to Lexy on Tuesday. I gave her the KBB fair market value that I wanted to pay and she was able to meet that price with no haggling. The car I wanted was in high demand but Lexy made the deal happen because I am a loyal customer. She went out of her way to drive me to the auxiliary lot and let me look at the actual car. She made sure everything was explained and was very helpful.. Roush Honda has always been great to work with for sales and I have also never been to a better run service department. More
