Overall I was satisfied with the experience. The sales guy Glenn Ryan was quick to send me a video email of the car I was interested in which was a nice touch that I didn't experience anywhere The sales guy Glenn Ryan was quick to send me a video email of the car I was interested in which was a nice touch that I didn't experience anywhere else. They did play a bit of the haggle game with my trade in where the sales person disappears and comes back with a number, then disappears again and comes back with another number and so on. I wasn't planning on trading my car, so the game was annoying. But they did eventually give me a price for my trade in that rivaled my private sale research, so I did it. More

Buying a vehicle causes a variety of emotions. It is ultimately super exciting to drive off in a new vehicle but the process getting to this point is often tedious and long. I was expecting this It is ultimately super exciting to drive off in a new vehicle but the process getting to this point is often tedious and long. I was expecting this when I went to Liberty Buick to possibly purchase a new (to me) vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised that this wasn’t the case. My Salesperson, Justin, was eager to help, very personable and extremely patient. He was determined to help me find a car I loved without the typical sales pressure. Justin found the perfect vehicle for me and for a price I was willing to pay. Everything went seamlessly and before I knew it, I was driving off in my new vehicle. I would definitely recommend Justin at Liberty Buick if you are in need of help finding a new vehicle. More
