Always have been good until last visit, no phone call to say vehicle is ready for just an oil change and tire rotation giving the whole day to complete picking up after work and no help to retrieve vehicle say vehicle is ready for just an oil change and tire rotation giving the whole day to complete picking up after work and no help to retrieve vehicle before or after hours. Thank god I had a spare set but had to drive 30 minutes for a spare set and back. Then received a completed phone call at 7:00 am the next day with him not realizing that the truck was already back in my possession and missing from the lot! He seemed to not really care just wanting to square up the bill and give me my other keys back. Amongst other issues over the years this incident doesn’t leave me with a good taste in my mouth about the service advisor….sorry More
