This dealer did not honor the appointment date.
Took 2 days to diagnose the problem. Quoted 3200 for the repair 2500 for the part and close to 800 for the labor. Then proceeded to tell me there wer
Took 2 days to diagnose the problem. Quoted 3200 for the repair 2500 for the part and close to 800 for the labor. Then proceeded to tell me there were no parts available anywhere. I was easily able to source the part from a nearby dealership and inquired who else had the needed part - they confirmed the dealer my truck was at had the part in stock! Ultimately I bought the part for my truck for 1500 and replaced the pump in less than an hour without any special tools. The work order said I refused the repair when I went to pick up the truck which was a lie. I was basically begging for the repair as I needed my truck fixed. So after I noticed the at they corrected the work order noting that they couldn’t fix the truck due to a lack of a part. Lack of trust and outrageous quotes for a very straight forward repair.
