I usually go into a dealership knowing exactly what I’m looking for. Mike Lancia made me feel comfortable, never pressured and always kept me notified of anything I might be interested in. When I finally did decide on something he went above and beyond to make the deal happen. It’s the first time I can say buying a vehicle was a pleasant experience.
