I sure dreaded about the thought of walking in and test driving a car Of course, everybody is always wary when it comes to dealing with car salesman. I sure dreaded about the thought of walking in and test driving a car thinking that they might pressure me to make a purchase. That was not the case at all... It all started when I sent a message through CarGuru and Mike Fresquez replied. When I was at the location, he was there with the car ready and hardly a wait. He was very thorough with the features of the interior and exterior of the car. During the test drive, we talked about the car and then because we were stuck in traffic due to heavy road constructions, his personable personality made the horrible traffic less noticeable. I knew that he wasn't after the sale when he was ready to bid us goodbye and looked surprised when we said "Let's talk." That showed me that he just love his job and treats everybody like their VIP. I was still teeter tottering with a car from Lexus and INFINITI (both I've test drove prior to this) before this Mazda test drive. I don't know if it's the combination of the awesome test drive and Mike but I made the purchase right there and then. I NOW have a beautiful brand new RF that is turning heads everywhere. Thank you Jim Ellis of Marietta and a big thousand thanks to Mike! More

We were in need of a new car but this was the first time w Always been a Toyota kind of guy but my father and I decided to check out a new Mazda MX-5. We were in need of a new car but this was the first time we were looking for something more than a Corolla in the past. I'm not a big fan of those typical sales guy types who don't give you time to think about the price or think about the car in general. Usually car salesmen feed you so much info so fast - you just want to relax and go about it at your own pace. There's always a feeling of pressure. My experience with Mike was nothing like before. I'm not the most experienced car buyer - I've only been with my father in the past 5 years to buy 2 cars and met over 15 salesman in the past. Mike was by far the best. Everything I stated above that I dislike - he was the complete opposite, he gave us space, let us take our time, didn't make us feel pressured, and let us control the sales process in a way. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a Mazda. More

Their salespeople are genuinely friendly and are extremely knowledgeable on their vehicles. We worked with Mike Fresquez who answered every question and more. He followed up, but made sure it was on the our requested schedule. He was patient and took our time with us, as the decision was a tough one to make. We really appreciated this. The salespeople also were not pushy at all, and tastefully did not bash their competitors. They were willing to negotiate price, and went above and beyond to make the car buying process (and service visits afterwards) simple and enjoyable. My only complaint is that I feel that we could have received a better interest rate. It seemed that they were advertising a close to 0 rate, however we were told the lowest they could lock in was around 2.5%. Other than that, I highly recommend buying a car from these good people! More
