Marion Gilbert helped me with my need to update the SD card in my 2020 Mazda CX-30 GPS system. I had asked my Service Expert, Eddie Goines for help because my 14 year old Dell home laptop computer was, li card in my 2020 Mazda CX-30 GPS system. I had asked my Service Expert, Eddie Goines for help because my 14 year old Dell home laptop computer was, like me at age 79, “over the hill.” Eddie knew that Marion was very computer savvy and I found he was right, as he always is. Marion met with me even though his primary position at Jim Ellis Mazda Marietta is as vehicle sales consultant. He took the time necessary to effectively help me achieve my need with the SD card update because of his IT Guy capabilities. He and Eddie and receptionist Ruthie and my longtime sales associate Mike Fresque and General Manager Daryl NeSmith have made me feel welcome there. They know me by name and I always feel at home there. If you want a great automotive partner go there and expect the best in vehicle choice, sales, service, and results. Everytime. Marion was amazing from the time I contacted Jim Ellis Mazda. He even picked me up from my house as I didn’t have a car at the time. BIG SHOUT to Marion Gilbert for helping me with my purchase. He was very upfront, professional and courteous. He walked me through the CX classes and trim levels, and years.
