The dealership showroom was clean and inviting. We were helped quickly, We had in mind what we wanted and the sales associate quickly got the keys and took us for a test ride. The purchasing process was smooth, finance department worked quickly and we are happy with our purchase. I want to say that I appreciate that the dealership was involved with the community, here was a box for a toy drive and coats are being collected for a coat drive. More

Very good experience in buying our new car. Mike Fresquez was very knowledgeable, informative and polite. We had been looking at other brand dealerships for a small SUV. Some had extra dealersh Mike Fresquez was very knowledgeable, informative and polite. We had been looking at other brand dealerships for a small SUV. Some had extra dealership fees and addon items to bring the price well above the MSRP price. Jim Ellis Mazda did not do this. If you are looking for a SUV that feels very luxurious the Mazda CX 5 premium plus is an excellent choice. Go in and ask for Mike. More

Mike was amazing! ! I was helping my mom buy a new car. Mike helped the process move along quickly. He was very attentive and listened to my mom's wants and needs. ! I have bought many cars in my life with various delayers and salesperson but Mike Fresquez from Jim Ellis Mazda in Marietta GA was the best of all ..I was car shopping for my son in law who was purchasing a and salesperson but Mike Fresquez from Jim Ellis Mazda in Marietta GA was the best of all ..I was car shopping for my son in law who was purchasing a new car for the first time .I called Jim Ellis Mazda and got Mike on the phone and from the moment I talked to him he was very friendly , patient and answered all the questions I had. So I decided to pay visit and at the dealership he showed us the car my son in law wanted and patiently took through each step and was able to close the deal .. I think if you care about customer service just as much as I do then Mike is the best guy for you ..
