Excellent experience with Jim Ellis Mazda in Marietta. It had been 16 years since we made our last car purchase and we really appreciated the no pressure attitude and willingness to answer questions. We were very pleased with the attention we received and the vehicle we ended up purchasing. There was no wait time for service, We originally went in to look at new vehicles, but when they did not have on the vehicle we ended up purchasing. There was no wait time for service, We originally went in to look at new vehicles, but when they did not have one that matched our preferences, the sales person found a very low milaged certified used car that matched them perfectly, When we ended up purchasing the vehicle, he drove my wife who had recently had heart surgery home in the purchased vehicle and I drove him back to the dealership. That was an unexpected action. More

The dealership showroom was clean and inviting. We were helped quickly, We had in mind what we wanted and the sales associate quickly got the keys and took us for a test ride. The purchasing process was smooth, finance department worked quickly and we are happy with our purchase. I want to say that I appreciate that the dealership was involved with the community, here was a box for a toy drive and coats are being collected for a coat drive. More
