Mike and Lance were both so sweet and worked with me, not against me. They did not push me into anything like some other dealership crews have tried. I came in for one thing and they easily talked me through against me. They did not push me into anything like some other dealership crews have tried. I came in for one thing and they easily talked me through to the next and even when I stumbled and wasn't sure, they made it work for me better than I could have hoped for and I am so happy. I am so happy with my first new car purchase thanks to Mike. I actually had been to another dealership and was disappointed by the lack of follow up when I had questions. I contacted Jim Ellis and received immediate assistance from Mike, who answered all my questions promptly and had everything ready for me when I arrived. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. Excellent experience with Jim Ellis Mazda in Marietta. It had been 16 years since we made our last car purchase and we really appreciated the no pressure attitude and willingness to answer questions. We were very pleased with the attention we received and the vehicle we ended up purchasing. There was no wait time for service, We originally went in to look at new vehicles, but when they did not have on the vehicle we ended up purchasing. There was no wait time for service, We originally went in to look at new vehicles, but when they did not have one that matched our preferences, the sales person found a very low milaged certified used car that matched them perfectly, When we ended up purchasing the vehicle, he drove my wife who had recently had heart surgery home in the purchased vehicle and I drove him back to the dealership. That was an unexpected action. More
