Bought a new vehicle from Criswell which was very nice. One of my major concrens is that my salesman Mike Furman had never made an attempt to show me how everything worked and function in my new car. Never showed me where the service dept. was or introduced me to anyone in that dept. if i would ever need my car serviced there. In all of my years of buying new cars i have never had a salesman not go over the car with me before i took it off the lot to make sure i knew how to operate and locate any new features the car might have . I sort of felt left out due to the fact that while i was waiting for delivery on my car i saw the other salesman who had sold a car that day taking their time showing there new car buyer yhe ins and outs of thier new purchase.He was pretty much just intersted in me buying the car from him and after that was done i was on my own.. Not the best experince i have had at a dealership with a salesman but not the worst in that aspect. Pretty blunt and to the point kind of guy ,thgen tells you to give him a very satisfied rating even though he only did half of his job . More

Criswell Chevy Dealership is awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. This is the 2nd time I have bought from Criswell Chevy of Gaithersburg, I will always go back to them if I am buying a Chevrol knowledgeable staff.
