As soon as I met Mike Furman, and drove the Chevy Equinox, my decision to purchase was made. Very happy with the attentiveness, courtesy and expertise shown. Very pleased with the final price. Absolutely LOVE the vehicle! What more could I have asked? More

What can we say. My wife and i were unable to find a new inferno orange corvette here in new york. So i decided to check the corvette forums and a vast majority had told me to check out Criswell Chevy and ask for a salesman named Mike Furman. we both drove down talked to mike (great guy BTW) he showed us an inferno orange 2012 3LT coupe,had dinner, met the entire staff,we decided that this was our dream car. Mike closed the deal for us with a great price. Mike has been a good friend too, we chat frequently and talk vette's all the time. When we decide on another new Chevy we'll be visiting mike again. Thank you once again Mike Furman and Thank You Criswell Chevrolet. Too bad they dont have this type of knowledge and huge inventory here in New York.(long Island) More

I had called a few dealerships about a 2012 Chevrolet Sonic. When I called Criswell, they put me through to Mike Furman. He didnt give me any of the hoopla other dealers gave me when I was asking about a Sonic. When I called Criswell, they put me through to Mike Furman. As well as having things set up and ready for me when I got there as i was comming from Baltimore. For me it was worth going out of my way to Criswell to purchase my new car. I would go there again for my next new vehicle, or send a friend or family member there with out hessitation if they were looking for a car. More

It took months for us to find just the right car, and Mike kept us informed on new inventory, trade-ins, offers, etc., al Chevrolet and Mike Furman. Actually, the service rep person called, reminding me about my 3 month service check-up, and that prompted me to go thru all the paperwork I received when I first bought t rep person called, reminding me about my 3 month service check-up, and that prompted me to go thru all the paperwork I received when I first bought the car; including the reminder that there was a "rate your experience" email and card. Mike Furman did a super job for me while I was considering the purchase of my car. I had some questions and he was right on top of it with answers. He worked some numbers when it came to pricing and I appreciated all his effort. I wondered about a few accessories, and he gave me the correct advice. On the day that I picked up the car, he was very helpful, showed sincere interest, and took his time talking me thru all the options and operations of the car. A couple people have asked me about my car, and I've told them that I bought it at Criswell, and that they have a huge selection, reasonably priced. So I'm trying to help with more sales. More
