Not only was the sales experience itself very transparent and easy (following a very helpful waiting list process), but Mike doggedly pursued the logistical process with GM in getting the C8 shipped cross country to California and finally conveyed to my courtesy dealer. I have recommended Mike and Criswell to others, and will continue to do so in the months and years ahead (and likely will myself become a "threepeat" customer in a few years).
