We were very disappointed with the amount of lack of urgency. A number of our phone calls, texts and emails would not be replied for a couple of days. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable, we w urgency. A number of our phone calls, texts and emails would not be replied for a couple of days. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable, we were just asking what our options are for turning in a lease truck. We dealt with three different associates. We did not get any answers until I come into the dealership. Then we waited and waited. We were told many things that the dealership would do for us but they never came through. We finally leased a new truck with scratches on the door. We brought it in to be fix which would take a few days. Four phone calls and two texts, we finally got our truck back after eight days. This is our seventh Nissan in our family. If this is the way Nissan Dealership appreciate their customers, we will not be back. More

Mike was or is a great saleman MIke Garrett was my salesman he is a great salesman. He did his job and sold us a nice Nissan Sentra. We came into the dealership looking for a differ MIke Garrett was my salesman he is a great salesman. He did his job and sold us a nice Nissan Sentra. We came into the dealership looking for a different Nissan Sentra, however that Car sold before we got there. Mike steered us in the direction of a different Sentra. The car we ended up with is fantastic. I could not be happier with the car we got. I have one complaint and it has nothing to do with Mike. I wish I would have gotten the guys name. My wife, kid and I were at the dealership late probably up to the last minute when the dealership closes. The deal was done we were just waiting for the financing to go through. So Mike was sitting there talking to my wife and I, Making small talk, treating the customer well while we wait. Another guy from the dealership walks behind Mikes desk and says something along the lines like "Don't Worry about it Mike I got it taken care of". Obviously a jab at Mike because he had to do something that Mike must have needed to do? I am not sure but whatever the case it was VERY bad timing to either make that joke or call out a fellow employee. YOU DO NOT say that type of thing in front of a customer. I own a business and if my employee pulled what this guy did he would be gone. Mike got kind of upset that the guy said what he did and the guy came back and said "come on Mike it was a joke" and then asked me and my wife if we thought it was a joke. Poor taste, bad timing. Never do that in front of customers, especially customers that just paid good money for a used car. More
