I recently brought my new Jeep Gladiator Mojave (purchased through Mike Gebhardt, always) over to Palmer to get some work done that was beyond my own toolset. Luis and Ryan coordinated parts and installation quickly and organized the plan with Walter, a crack technician. What was important about this exercise is the Mojave has unique components that many people are just becoming familiar with. The effort required some just-in-time parts delivery and genuine resourcefulness and creativity to get things done perfectly. In fact, Walter's proactiveness and quick thinking identified a genuine safety issue and he fixed it with downright panache. I highly recommend these good men and Palmer Dodge as an organization.
