Mike was great, very friendly and responsive to my txts or calls, Michelle was also great. Paid close attention to our wants and def worked on meeting them. My only issue was when I met with the finance gu or calls, Michelle was also great. Paid close attention to our wants and def worked on meeting them. The numbers changed from what was discussed and it was made to seem as if nothing could be done, I known someone who does finance and he confirmed that was not true. So I was displeased with the hit for $40 more dollars a month when they were already getting a car from me and locking me in with a new one for 3 additional years. More
