Tom Maxfield service advisor: the most amazing well knowledgeable service advisor I have dealt with. I just recently switched dealerships cause my last one was iffy!!! so my first experience dealing w knowledgeable service advisor I have dealt with. I just recently switched dealerships cause my last one was iffy!!! so my first experience dealing with Tom. I explained exactly what my vehicle been through. He went over and beyond to look up everything that was done with my vehicle history & make sure everything wuz up-to-date with a worry-free waiting experience kept me up-to-date on everything done on my vehicle, including video which I never seen in my life, amazing !!! most amazing experience ever I highly recommend servicing your vehicle at this dealership. My last dealership was horrible. They perform services that they never performed.. at the other dealership.. which tom maxfeild corrected everything.. from the moment I pulled up to the valet drivers had me at comfort and ease about my vehicle being there. Make sure they documented the whole vehicle. video footage front end to rear end so if any damages occur, they have record which really put me at ease and I felt safe and worry free, The whole staff is very well knowledgeable. Everyone made sure my vehicle was safe and service correctly from the moment I stepped in. Can’t wait to be back for more services thank you guys. Sincerely. Anthony s. More

Very helpful and knowledgeable advisors. 15 minute walk from the train (they can pick you up, if called, apparently). I just went to Acura of Westchester yesterday and had an amazing experience at the dealership that truly exceeded my expectations from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, Brianna greeted me warmly amazing experience at the dealership that truly exceeded my expectations from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, Brianna greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable—there was no pressure, just genuine interest in helping me find the right vehicle. I previously had leased Acuras before, but after having my kids I needed to switch to a minivan to meet our families’ needs. Now that my kids are older we were ready to downsize and go back to Acura. Brianna was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. She answered all of my questions with patience and honesty, and I never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision. What really stood out was her transparency throughout the process—pricing, financing options, and vehicle details were all clearly explained. I was confident in my choice before moving forward. Once I decided on the 2026 MDX the paperwork process was surprisingly quick and hassle-free. The finance team worked hard to secure a great deal, and everything was handled professionally. Overall, Acura of Westchester and Brianna set a high standard for customer service. Brianna’s attention to detail, friendly approach, and commitment to making the experience enjoyable made all the difference.
