Bought my Acura RLX hybrid w/sports package in 2018. They don’t make my model anymore, needless to say, I’m keeping it and consider getting another vehicle. Just got my rims bought back anew via warranty and the Public should know that if you lease or buy from Acura of Westchester, from Mr. Muscarella on down to the car wash guys, their service is a bond that will be sustain throughout the ownership of your vehicle. Tariffs have been hard on the industry so if Acura of Westchester has smiled on you, repay that standard and pass on that “Juice” you’ve garnered with them and send anyone you know on down there and let them help you drive away in a fresh Acura. When the wind is blowing through your hair as you drive off, you’ll remember how good it feels to know, their Techs will keep your whip fine tuned. 😎 More

He went over and beyond to look up everything that was done with my vehicle history & make sure everything wuz up-to-date with a worry-free waiting experience kept me up-to-date on everything done on my vehicle, including video which I never seen in my life, amazing !!! most amazing experience ever I highly recommend servicing your vehicle at this dealership. My last dealership was horrible. They perform services that they never performed.. at the other dealership.. which tom maxfeild corrected everything.. from the moment I pulled up to the valet drivers had me at comfort and ease about my vehicle being there. Make sure they documented the whole vehicle. video footage front end to rear end so if any damages occur, they have record which really put me at ease and I felt safe and worry free, The whole staff is very well knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in, Brianna greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable—there was no pressure, just genuine interest in helping me find the right vehicle. I previously had leased Acuras before, but after having my kids I needed to switch to a minivan to meet our families’ needs. Now that my kids are older we were ready to downsize and go back to Acura.
