Mike gave us all our options and gave us some very helpful tips/advice for proceeding with our vehicle. Refreshing! This was our second time visiting this dealership. Knowing we wanted to buy a new Toyota but being unsure of exactly which one we did not want to be This was our second time visiting this dealership. Knowing we wanted to buy a new Toyota but being unsure of exactly which one we did not want to be pressured or 'guided' towards any one model in particular. We were 'window shopping'. When we first walked on the lot we were asked if we needed help, no thank you, then left to wander the lot browsing the cars, not being pestered or pressured. This in itself was wonderful. When we had a question or wanted a car opened up to look at it was easy to find a salesman to help us. In this case it was Mike Gerosin and he was a perfect 'fit' for us. Hanging back, answering questions, not pressuring us in any way. He's very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. It was refreshing to be able to shop cars without being hammered by the usual questions, "What is your budget? How much do you want to spend a month in payments? What are you looking for?" and so on. Thank you Mike Gerosin for being helpful, professional, and wise enough to give us the space we needed. It was our pleasure doing business with you and the rest of the folks at Lithia Toyota. More

Top Notch Service I am 80 years young and have lived in 19 different cities in the past 60 years. Of ALL the auto service departments I have used - - - Lithia Toyota i I am 80 years young and have lived in 19 different cities in the past 60 years. Of ALL the auto service departments I have used - - - Lithia Toyota is (far and away) the best. Great service writers, like Mark Hunt, make the experience so much easier. The service manager, Bruce Wren, runs a great crew of journeymen repair personnel and my cars have always been serviced on time and at moderate cost. Kudos also to: Sal, David, Keri, Shelby, Joe, Pete, Jessie, Michael and Lloyd. These men and women have either written up my service order, delivered my car in and out of the service area or dropped me off/picked me up at my home (on longer appointments). Great Company, Great Staff = Happy Customer!!!!!!!! More
