This newly remodeled dealership and service center is quick to sell you a car with service agreement. However service center quite possibly worst ever. Service center has gone through multiple managers , quick to sell you a car with service agreement. However service center quite possibly worst ever. Service center has gone through multiple managers , customer service reps will lie repeatedly about times and service done, try and be your best buddy and “hook you up” . technicians are incompetent and don’t care about their work. On the outside they look like a professional dealership but fail over and over again with their customers. You would think having purchased a vehicle from them they would try and take care of you!? Not here you are a low number at best. They advertise customer service is priority while lying and smiling right to your face. I wish this was isolated incident but from the first time I brought car in they lie. Im stuck with overpriced service agreement and forced to get my Maintenance there. 8 years and 225000 miles later still can’t get it right. I’ve even started going elsewhere and paying for service I’ve already paid for just to get job done correctly. Do yourself a favor run away as fast as possible. We brought our Tundra in for work because someone had stolen our catalytic converter. Robert and the service provider in parts were very efficient and helpful. Not only was the truck catalytic converter stolen our catalytic converter. Robert and the service provider in parts were very efficient and helpful. Not only was the truck catalytic converter replaced, but they noticed we were due for an oil change and took care of that at the same time, without being asked. Wow! More
