Outstanding Dealership For me being a first time buyer I expected high prices, lies and all kind of things just to get my money but at spring's automotive I didn't get any o For me being a first time buyer I expected high prices, lies and all kind of things just to get my money but at spring's automotive I didn't get any of that. The employees were very honest and friendly. They tried to get the best deal out there possible for me. They worked with my budget and my didnt make me stretch my wallet. With the help of Mike Gravelle, John Byrd and Justin I was able to purchace a 2007 Toyota Corolla as my first car. They helped me get what I needed and kept a smile on there face no matter how dificult I was being. I am happy that I choose springs automotive. I have already recommended it to my friends. More

Springs Auto Group stay away! I bought a jeep a few months ago from out of state.I asked the salesman Mike Gravelle about the condtion of the jeep, dents, and scratches etc. He sa I bought a jeep a few months ago from out of state.I asked the salesman Mike Gravelle about the condtion of the jeep, dents, and scratches etc. He said the only thing wrong was the windshield was cracked and the E-brake was damaged. Well when I received the jeep, it was unbelievable. The dood is so damaged from dents it was cheaper to replace it than repair it. The back by the spare tire had a big dent in it. The air did not work and the seat was damaged. They did repair the air and fix the seat. I would never buy a car from them again! More

Lou, Mike, Jon, Adrian, Justin, Derrick, and Willie are not only friendly, but make you feel comfortable unlike most dealerships that try to push you into buying a vehicle. They are very knowledgeable in what they do and are up front and honest with their customers. Not only do they go above and beyond to find the vehicle you want, they do everything possible to make it affordable and get you taken care of. Even when the deal is closed they follow up to make sure their customers are satisfied with their purchase. If you want an affordable and reliable vehicle that comes with excellent service and a friendly staff Springs Automotive Group is the way to go!! I recommend them to anyone who needs a vehicle!! More

I bought a 2004 Nissan Quest that at first In thought everything was fine. Not even a week later the odometer went out. They said they would replace, and they tried, but after another 2 days it stopped a everything was fine. Not even a week later the odometer went out. They said they would replace, and they tried, but after another 2 days it stopped again. No one will respond to me emails at this point. Next, within the first month I started having issues, battery light - other warning lights. Took it to the Denver location and they tried to tell me they couldn't find the problem!? After one minute they said we hear it and will try again. They found the problem to be an alternator which they charged an extreme amount for the repair because this was still under warranty. I think most of their cars will have problems because this is another revenue for them. Sell crap and then let the warranty company pay them more money. I have had my rear AC go out, breaks that needed to be repaired, new rotors, AC vents that fall out of the roof, broken radio bezel / trim and so many problems with this van. Now I am again having more issues with a major repair. Ask yourself....why do they not include more of a warranty. Most dealers will offer a year, they give 30 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER...you will be sorry! Right down to the "story" that the F&I guy gave me about saving the van for me and lowering the cost...complete xx. I knew it when he was talking and I should have stopped the process at that point. My bad...my fault. Please don't let this be you. Now I'm stuck with a complete xxxxx. that I am about to call the finance company and tell them to come pick it up. In my first 6 months having this van I have had no less than about 7 issues. Funny how everything happen right after the warranty is out and then no one wants to help. crap dealer selling crap cars. STAY AWAY if you are smart!!! More

Shopped around a bit before settling to go to Springs Auto Group. It was the best decision I could make.
