I told Mike I was there to test drive and potentially purchase a 2020 Subaru Forester Sport with some specific features I was adamant about having. Mike showed me exactly which vehicles had what I wanted and allowed me to test drive the one I ended up taking home! Mike was extremely friendly, personable, and professional. We discussed family, friends, life, all while I made my first car purchase. Mike treated my father and I like his own family and I will never forget the experience. Jen in finance was equally as wonderful, shares my birthday, and made the financing process easy and stress-free. The personal touches and family feel are exactly why I’ll recommend Tucson Subaru to my friends and family. More

Mike was very pleasurable to work with. Did not care for Jennifer and her method of trying to sell add ons for extended warranties using scare tactics not showing any faith in the Subaru product. Still wait Jennifer and her method of trying to sell add ons for extended warranties using scare tactics not showing any faith in the Subaru product. Still waiting on concierge staff to call to go over vehicle. Did not have service or cleaning done on vehicle due to time and weather. Need to schedule appt for complimentary detailing of vehicle. Did notice leather under driver's seat is not tucked under. Under cushion is exposed. When detailing is done would like this dealt with. But I do love my new vehicle and is a joy to drive. 😊 More
